1. What Methods of payment do you accept ?

Answer : We accept MasterCard , Visa , Direct Banking (EFT)

2. Do you charge for shipping ?

Answer: No all blinds are shipped FREE within Australia

3. How can I contact you ?

Answer: You can contact us via Email or Fax , you will receive an immediate reply either by phone or email

4. How long will it be before I receive my order ?

Answer: All blinds are custom made and are shipped from our manufacturers within 7 days of your order. You should receive your order within 21 days.

5. Can I return my blinds once purchased ?

Answer: Since all products are custom, made-to-order for each customer they cannot be returned except for warranty repairs. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. When you follow our instructions we guarantee your blinds will fit perfectly. We understand that mistakes may occur and if we make a mistake on your order we will either repair or remake it at no charge to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering please contact us. Depending on the type of error, you may return the product to the factory for alteration or we will have it remade at a discount.

6. Can I change or cancel my order ?

Answer: You can only change or cancel your order within the first 24hours after payment. Please note that all orders that are cancelled within the first 24hours will have a 10% cancellation fee applied.No orders after this period can be cancelled as they will be in production.

7. When will my Credit Card be charged ?

Answer: Your Credit Card will be charged at the time of placing your order and will generally show on your statement within 24hours. All our Credit Card Transactions are handled through secure SSL encryption - so your details are safe.

8. Will I receive a confirmation for my order ?

Answer: Yes , this will be emailed and also a consultant will phone or email to confirm.

9. Who is responsible for correct measure of my blinds ?

Answer: VERY IMPORTANT: Please take extra time to measure ALL of your windows accurately. Since all of our products are custom made and are not returnable except for warranty repair, it is up to you to provide us with accurate sizes. Measure EVERY window, and measure them twice to be sure. Sometimes two or three windows in the same room can look identical but could actually be off by as much as 10mm.

When you follow our instructions we guarantee your blinds will fit perfectly. We understand that mistakes happen. 10. What do I do if my blinds are damaged through shipping ?

Answer: Please inspect your blinds on receipt of delivery , if you are concerned with anything please contact us ASAP, all claims for damaged blinds must be notified within 48hours of receipt of goods.

11. What is the difference between inside mount and outside mount ?

Answer: INSIDE MOUNT is where the blind will be installed into the recess of window or common referred to the inside between the architraves. OUTSIDE MOUNT is when the blind will be fitted onto the architrave.

12. How easy are these blinds to install by myself ?

Answer: Very easy indeed , follow our installation instructions and you will be surprised how easy these blinds are to install.

13. Do I need to purchase any additional hardware to install these blinds ?
